Billing & Fee Policies

Monthly fees are billed at the beginning of every month, and product fees for digital services are billed immediately. Invoices are sent via Freshbooks. You have the opportunity to use ACH, credit card, or check. PRM does not have access to your credit card information. Service Fees are due upon receipt of an invoice where any payments received by PRM within ten (10) business days from the date of the invoice shall not be deemed late.

If there is a dispute regarding any portion of an invoice, the client must provide us written notice of such dispute with the reasoning for the dispute in writing within five (5) business days from the date of the invoice; otherwise, the client waives any claim concerning the dispute.

Clients shall reimburse Pietryla PR & Marketing for all approved costs/expenses incurred on their behalf. Pietryla PR will add a ten (10) percent Service Fee (effective September 30, 2022) to each expense. Expenses include, but are not necessarily limited to postage, copies, reimbursement for reasonable travel/lodging expenses as agreed upon in advance, minimum expenses necessary to render any services, and any other costs/expenses per a status meeting. Any anticipated expenses of more than $250.00 shall be approved in advance. Every effort will be made to pass through the expenses to avoid our ten (10) percent Service Fee. We will provide receipts of expenses incurred, and any expenses not supported by receipts shall be invoiced according to the IRS’s income tax guidelines. All Service Fees and expenses become owed to Pietryla PR & Marketing (and due upon receipt of an invoice) once service is rendered or expenses are incurred.

Clients are obligated to pay Service Fees and reimburse expenses regardless of results obtained and regardless of whether the client at a later date chooses not to use/apply/implement any service rendered by PRM. Invoices paid after ten (10) business days from the invoice date shall be deemed late, and work is immediately put on hold until payment is made. In the case of non-sufficient funds, the payees assume any fees and damages incurred by Pietryla PR due to the NSF. After thirty (30) business days, a fee of ten (10) percent of the total invoice (fees and expenses) will be added to the outstanding invoice and will become due immediately. Another ten (10) percent fee will be added every thirty days thereafter. This will continue until the account is sent to our collections agency – usually around 90 days late.

Clients purchasing a product or consulting services from Pietryla PR & Marketing LLC will receive and must agree to full terms and conditions, as well as pay a deposit before any work is completed.
